Data processing agreement

Parties and content

The agreement is between the customer (the user of the platform, as controller) and MLR Ventures GmbH, Berlin, Germany, trading as StatutoryAccounts.io (as processor). It supplements the main agreement and applies for as long as that agreement does.

• Processing: the company data the customer records in the platform: trial balances, accounts, Corporation Tax workings, documents and the AI features the user starts.
• Processor obligations: processing only on instructions, appropriate security and deletion or return at the end.
• Sub-processors: general authorisation, with notice of changes and a right to object on reasonable grounds.
• Personal data breaches: notified without undue delay.
• Audits: inspections and audits are possible.
