What the terms cover

• Scope: all business-to-business relationships between MLR Ventures GmbH and users of the platform.
• Service: AI-assisted preparation of statutory accounts and Corporation Tax returns. The service is not professional tax or legal advice; AI output is a draft that the directors, or their adviser, must review before use.
• Account and use: registration with correct details, keeping log-in details secure, and prohibited use.
• Fees: the prices on the platform; your first set of accounts is free and each further set is paid per company per financial year in advance through Stripe; for UK business customers the reverse charge applies to VAT.
• Liability, data and termination: limits of liability, ownership of the data you upload and its deletion after the end of the contract.
