What the privacy notice covers
- Controller or processor: for your account, purchases, website visits and messages to us we are the controller; what you record about your companies we process on your behalf as processor, under the data processing agreement.
- Purposes and lawful bases: the contract, our legal obligations, our legitimate interest in a secure platform, and your consent for analytics cookies.
- Recipients and transfers: the service providers that host, process payments, send email, report errors and provide AI features; transfers outside the UK rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
- Retention, security and your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, and the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
- Cookies: non-essential cookies only with your consent, under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
